Gloria Jean's Coffees Mall Of Lahore

After the horrible experience at gloria Murree Expressway, me and my wife decided not to go to gloria again but at mall of Lahore we had no other choice so Mr. Bilal made the coffee as per our need( which was that the coffee should be hot) which the murree gloria people failed to understand by serving us with a mildly hot coffee. Kudos to Bilal for his professional behavior.

Loria Jeans has been serving us for a long time and have the Most number of Branches for a coffee shop in Pakistan (If i am not Wrong). This branch has a better ambiance then many of the other branches in Lahore. I am a big fan of their New York Cheesecake. Wanted to try something different so ordered their Chocolate Fudge Cake Slice and trust it was delicious, Very soft and Moist. The Chillers are also great and I love this combo

SITTING DINNING EVERYTHING WAS SO DISGUSTING..LITERALLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...THIS SHOULD BE BANNED OR ATLEAST DESERVE A SHUTUP CALL FOR A LONG TIME

I've been going to this Gloria Jean's outlet for many, many years. I've ALWAYS found their staff to be very, very professional; very helpful; very cooperative; respectful and kind and rather professional. Good quality and service is terrific. One of the best Gloria Jean's outlets in Lahore. More so because it's also the most unique. It's an open, walk-through cafe with open seating in the court around it. This enables alot of energy to flow through. We need more such places served by such amazing staff! Kudos!

They never mentioned that their on card payment option is not available at the time of placing order. Food was just cold and not fresh.
