Disappointing. Not at all what I’d expect from the Hyatt. Service was good but nothing else was. Worst fish tacos I’ve ever had and really quite expensive given that’s it’s really just a pool bar. View all feedback.
Very friendly and welcoming restaurant . Was sat immediately and the server was awesome .
We were a group of five dining at Umalu, which is situated outdoors by the pool at the Hyatt. The service was excellent, and the outdoor atmosphere was delightful. One member of our group ordered the fish special, and it was delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. Thank you!
The restaurant is located within the Hyatt Regency by the pool area. It's advisable to use the valet service if you're driving; it's reasonably priced and saves you the hassle of finding a parking spot. The food was good, and although the service was a bit slow, it's a great option for a family dinner overall.
