The Banyan Tree - Lahaina

My partner and I wanted a lovely dinner to celebrate our 30th anniversary, so we decided to dine here. I mentioned our special occasion, and they offered us a separate vegan menu, which was fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious (just skip the curry!). The service was outstanding, and we were charmed by the little cat wandering from table to table, hoping for a dropped crumb. As a sweet gesture for our anniversary, they even treated us to a complimentary sorbet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The Raised Restaurant is situated in the Ritz-Carlton and just a short walk from Fleming Beach. They offer a dedicated vegan menu. We enjoyed the mushroom peak starter, the tomato salad, and a roasted vegetable curry. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally, I needed a bag, and she promptly disappeared for a moment, then came back asking, "Will this do?" Oh my gosh, yes! I was absolutely thrilled with the service we received. Before we left in the morning, we noticed the staff diligently cleaning the pool area, scrubbing the kiddie pool, and washing everything down. This place is spotless and well-maintained. If you need anything, just ask! I also want to mention my snorkeling experience with the tour offered at the hotel, led by Kathleen, who was fantastic. She gave us an informative presentation about the fish we would encounter, provided all the snorkeling gear, including an underwater camera, and even dove to show us the fish we had learned about. She took us to where the turtles swam, and by the evening, I had an email from her with all the pictures we took. Now I have wonderful memories to share with my family and friends. I highly recommend the snorkeling tour—definitely ten stars!

Akiko, Sophie, Mark, and Asa made our wedding an unforgettable experience. They exceeded our expectations by attending to every detail and often anticipating our needs before we even realized them. They turned our dream into a reality for us, our families, and our friends. I highly recommend these amazing individuals and this enchanting venue!
