japengo is in a hyatt and convenient, they have a well-marked menu with vegan items, and they also have gluten-free and vegetarian items. the tofu was good, and the rice was good. the cocktail was not amazing. that was a bit salty, but we liked it. the parts were very large. it was a pretty restaurant and the chefs are friendly and the staff. I think it's a decent place to go. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Japengo:
I tried the sweet and tofu dish at this restaurant and it was the most disappointing meal I had during my time on the island. The first time they forgot to include the tofu altogether. When it finally arrived, it was just raw diced tofu placed on top of the dish. I don't recommend this restaurant and I believe I could make a better meal at home using store-bought marinade. We had an amazing experience at Jimmy's restaurant, where he took great care of us all week. The food was fresh and delicious. We can't wait to go back again soon.
