Delicious vegetarian food. Buffet style. Friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone passing through Lahad Datu.

Came here for breakfast. all buffet items contain egg, I was told, but a vegan dish could be made, no problem. Staff spoke well English. Eating tastes okay. For the second time there were some vegan buffet items, some quite delicious. Staff very helpful! many menu items can be prepared without any eggs/milk. Updated by previous review on 2023-04-16

This place loves their eggs, so you will have a little eggs in every dish, the buffet that has about 12 different choices (not count the fake meats that are also made with eggs) ALL have eggs in them except the curry with which we did not pure rice in the morning (they had only roasted rice with eggs). By explaining that we wanted something without eggs, but with many vegetables they could make a vegan fried rice with tiny pieces of vegetables.

My son asked me to give a 5-star rating, but unfortunately I can't. Fantastic vegan options, the lady who works here spoke really good English and made us some fried rice without egg.

We loved this place, it was a saviour in Lahad Datu. Located just opposite Dovis restaurant, it’s open in the early morning until 2pm. The people were really friendly and helped us chose the dishes without egg. The buffet serves lots of fake meats/soy products alongside different vegetables on top of your base of rice. We ate there twice either side of visiting Danum Valley and loved it. It was really cheap and also sold vegan snacks at the counter!
