Oldest and well established restaurant in town that is still drawing in customers

Non-halal. One of the few places that serve pork related dishes. Their kon lou mee was alright, generous topping of BBQ pork slices (really generous), good noodle texture. Their meat stuffed tou fu also not bad, I kind of like it. Popular among locals, can get crowded during meal time. Their signature dish is the deep fried crunchy noodles served with gravy (local called it wet fried sang min). Will definitely give a try next trip. Coffee was just average, or may be I m not used to their brewing style, mild flavour. Price wise, food and drinks was affordable but not cheap.

RM2.20 for a big Kopi o kosong was shocking..food was just ok ...another minus is the owner is a smoker...walking in and out with a cigarette on hand despite no smoking ban in eateries.

One of my favorite places in the city, they try the fried noodles. highly recommended. one of the oldest well renovated family business. the partly not large, but the presentation on the teller surprisingly excellent. the price is starved with the quality of the teller. mee basah lahadatu famous wet fried noodles.

Found this in the net. strongly recommended bet fried sang mee. only RM6.5 for roasted pork or char siew. affordable prices and location are easy to find. rest every Monday
