After the very steep journey, you will be rewarded with a wonderful view and a friendly welcome. A wonderful, very successful integration of old and new with an ambience that is very balanced between cozy and chic. But now to the highlight, the food . It was really outrageously good. The chestnut soup at the beginning impressed us. But the halibut was also very successful and the tiramisu at the end was simply amazing. I've never had a deconstructed tiramisu before great! The staff was very friendly, even on the phone when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, we were able to choose a free table. The dining room feels peaceful with soft music in the background. The service is attentive to even the smallest details. We wanted to share the appetizers – Julia remembered this and immediately brought us two sets of cutlery. We had the beetroot carpaccio, bacon dumpling soup, fusilli, and a halibut. — All the dishes were excellently cooked, fresh, modern, with very good ingredients, and exceptionally well-seasoned. — Absolutely excellent value for money. — You can feel the passion of this family-run business.

The ambience is stylish, intimate, and beautiful at the same time. Away from the hustle and bustle of the valley, in a wonderfully quiet location, you'll find this gem, with a friendliness and cuisine that's in no way inferior to renowned star-rated restaurants – quite the opposite. Based on our impressions, we've found our hotel – our second home – for the next few years in beautiful South Tyrol. Thank you for the wonderful days we were able to spend with you; you are simply the best.
