Subway - Laguna Woods

I was served by the man who looked very up set at the shop today which was okayed with me but he was not wearing the mask, he was wearing disposable gloves while he is preparing sandwich, open the cash register and counting the money. He never disposeuesd gloves for three coustmers including me. I could not believe my eye what I saw this evening at the shop. I paid $7.26 for my sandwich but I couldn't eat it but I put in my garbage can. I went to buy my sandwiches couple of times but when I sawthis unhealthy way to prepare the foods, I would not go back again. He should go back his sanitation class. The food was excellent and prepared fresh to order. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was only one type of bread available (wheat) during our visit.

I'm giving the subway a three-star because they have a door that at one point was bathroom access but closed it down for covid and still has not opened it. I'm not sure that it is legal to not have a public restroom and a place for eating. We need to userestrooms and wash our hands before we eat!

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order. Both sandwiches were completely wrong. I paid for avocado, but there was none on either sandwich. They also added cucumber and tomatoes, even though I hadn't requested them (and my mother is allergic to tomatoes). No extra sauces were included, and the one sauce that was provided was only on half of the sandwich. There was no cheese, despite my request for it, and the sandwiches weren't toasted as specified. They also lacked seasonings, olives, onions, and cilantro, which I had asked for. Overall, my order was entirely messed up. I would recommend avoiding pickup, as it seems they don't pay attention to the details you specify. It would be better to go into the store and ensure your order is made correctly in front of you. I'm not a picky person and dislike making a fuss, but the numerous mistakes, especially the addition of something I didn't request due to an allergy, were unacceptable for me.

Avoid going there on Sunday nights. There was only one girl working who clearly didn’t care about her job. The sandwich I had was by far the worst I’ve ever tasted.
