Deemer's American Grill - Laguna Niguel

We were looking forward to having breakfast at Deemers, the menu looks great. Arrived on Tuesday at 11:00am and the front door was still locked. After 10 minutes somebody came and unlocked it. On their website they state that breakfast is served until 12:00pm. We were rudely told that “we don’t do breakfast “ when they open at 11:00am. No apologies. We understand, that sometimes a business will make such decisions but would truly appreciate it,if it was stated on the website . We could have saved a trip . It was a disappointment that could have been prevented.

Very chocolaty Chocolate Shake! It tasted like they mixed in a pound of See's!

This place has the best burgers and fries! And also the best gluten-free bun that I've ever had. Nice outside patio that is also dog friendly. The drinks and everything else are serve yourself.

Great place for breakfast before 1:00. But they also have Hot Dogs my husband's favorite lunch.

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be very good, but the quality and service has fallen off a cliff... went in yesterday and ordered some food with my family and got an iced tea. The tea smelled like rotten eggs, I tried to tell an employee and he kept assuring me it was fresh. Fresh or not it smelled like rotten eggs, they probably haven't cleaned the container in ages. Needless to say, I did not drink it.Second, I ordered a chicken sandwich. The sandwich had two separate pieces of chicken on it and somehow one piece was way overcooked and hard, the other was undercooked to the point of food safety concerns. I did not eat it. My family's food seemed safe, but was otherwise not great.After getting so much pushback on the iced tea problem before my meal, I didn't even try to complain and get a refund. So we ended up essentially throwing away fifty dollars.I will not be back. It's a shame, because it used to be one of my favorite spots in that area.
