Chronic Tacos - Laguna Niguel

The tacos were bomb. I’d recommend the carnitas and don’t forget to add salsa. Dry tacos are not it. Carnitas was fresh and flavorful. I also got some mini churros. They were burnt and didn’t have enough cinnamon and sugar. Had to toss them, it was basically burnt dough. I’d come back for the tacos for sure though.

I love coming to this restaurant because they have great food here. Christine took my order today and she was so friendly and nice too me. Christine has positive vibes when she working at chronic taco. Christine is amazing human.

Seen this place for a while, but one day the El Pollo Loco, which is near it was closed at the time I thought it was open so I thought I would get this place to try. Not only was the food good the employees were very professional and kind. I would say that at this time I'll Pollo local lost some business but did not lose me as a customer. It's just all about the time i am that area. I got a breakfast burrito and you get to build it yourself which is very nice so you get it just the way you like it. I will be going their more often.

This location is under new owner ship, and they have made some changes. I first was hesitant when I saw they changed their kind of cheese and red sauce. Also, how they make their quesadilla. She asked if I wanted onions and cilantro, which was different. OMG, everything was sooo good. The home-made red sauce was delicious. Loved all the changes. We will definitely be eating their more.

I keep coming here for lunch because it's close to work and each time I come I find myself making excuses for little things that go wrong like burned stale chips or salty meats or they forgot my salsa. I finally had it today, I get back to work and my carnitas (tacos) taste horrible!! The meat is really dark and taste like they used old old old grease to cook the meat and to make matters worse my refried beans taste burned. Very sad since I keep trying to give it another chance because they're under new ownership but the new owner just as bad as the old one. Sorry guys I'm giving you two stars because I'm being nice and I know it's hard to find good employees but the owner should try the food before he sells it. Food should be made fresh daily and should taste delicious every single time! I really hope you guys can turn things around and make it work.
