Worst case scenario on entire order. The half chicken combo's the chicken had no garlic sauce was sooooo dried out when I tried cutting it crumbled like fine bread crumbs the other side was even drier it wouldn't cut at all. The creamed spinach so hard dry shrunken up like consistency of playdo. The cornbread old hard streched like rubber when I bit into. Chocolate cake layers were separated abd broken icing complete... Arrived at 5:45 on Wednesday 12/28. Doors were locked. Guy inside gave no indication if open or not. Drove to drive thru. They are open. No chicken- only meatloaf and turkey. Drove out of my way to come to this location.
Food was just okay got Thanksgiving dinner the stuffing was not good at all. The potatoes was good and the apple pie was delicious.
Boston Market used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. We tried coming several times during the posted business hours, but the doors were always locked and the lights were off. No one inside, or cars in the parking lot. Today we thought we got lucky because they were open! But, boy were we wrong. First off, the selection of side orders was pitiful. The Mac and cheese was just a huge chunk all stuck together, and the creamed spinach looked like it had been sitting there for days. Those 2 and broccoli were the only options. My husband and I both ordered a 3 piece dark. The pieces were miniscule and the amount of chicken on them wasn't even equivalent to a single normal sized thigh. The skin was slimy and barely brown at all. All the food was room temperature and not hot at all. For 2 three piece combos and 2 sodas, we paid $29. The soda machine was out of 3/4 of the available options listed, and there was no ice in the dispenser. This location has totally and completely given up. They do not care at all about the quality of their products, or customer satisfaction. While we were sitting eating our terrible cold food, we overheard 2 separate customers complaining about their orders. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. I sincerely hope we don't have food poisoning. We will never come back to this location. Worst meal ever!
Pretty sure this location is permanently closed. It 's currently 4pm, they close at 9pm tonight but they 're not open. I 've come by here now three times during business hours and they 've been closed every time. Don 't waste your time.
Good is great! No indoor dining only drive thru. Lack of employees which I totally understand.Service is still superb.
