My first time ever at one of these locations. I placed my order and she responded with a hard sigh. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said no. She told me to go to the front window. I said thank you... She responded yeah. in a very bluntway like I was ruining her whole day. The other person in the car asked me why she was being so rude, so I know it wasn 't justmy imagination. Asked about a deal at the menu board with AI responses it was not a helpful answer and had to change at the window and associate was helpful. Food flavor didn’t seem as flavorful as normal.
The computers voice that takes your order is way to loud. The whole parking lot could hear what was i eating for lunch. Go back to using real people.
Lady there on 1/5/2024 at around 10:30pm was rude. She never smiled and said she needed to see a receipt when I placed an order online like she didn’t believe me. Never greeted me or anything like I care but it would be nice to smile and greet people. She looked mad.
Just went in to get dinner for the family. The girl was very polite. Good customer service.
Who would think that a hot dog joint would have the best creamiest soft serve ice cream?
