I had another great dining experience at Wendy's. While I understand that not everyone may have a ton of experience, there was a slight hiccup when the girl assisting us at the register. Despite having some difficulty with the language barrier, she was still able to take our order. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I am a senior and visited this restaurant in Laguna Hills. I was looking for affordable restaurants that accept EBT/Food stamps in my area. Only a rest room open and there is no sign on the one who does not work so that their left on both doors knock, then the old guy in a toilet room will be crazy bc of knocking on the door. cold Fries and nuggets I have my order wrongdoing coworkers slow service take their masks and breathe them maby u could do it their work
Love Wendy's always have I've always been accustomed to getting the $5 meal but if you decide to upgrade their premium burgers are delicious
The team is very friendly and the cuisine they serve is so appetizing.
I went there right after they opened. They did'nt have any biscuits. I ordered a sandwich and the potatoes. The potatoes tssted like they were fried in old oil. Couldnt even finish them. I had a to go order so I didnt tske the timr to go back.
When ordering, said I had an app order for free fries. At window, Domenic put out credit card machine, so I put in my card &said I also had app code to scan. He got flustered, said it already ran through I should have told him that first. I told him I said that when ordering. He said We'll I didn't take your order I said how would I know that. He continued to say I should have told him. I said I didn't know how their system worked. Obviously he wasn't going to correct this, but did say I could use the app next time, to which I said there would not be a next time.It isn't the money; it is the principle of the thing, poor customer service, and the attitude! Domenic the guy with a heart over his i ? He's not who should be at the window with his poor people skills.
