I am from Japan and this is my go-to place whenever I am craving authentic Japanese cuisine. The texture and flavor of their soba and tempura are exceptional. What User doesn't like about Soba Izakaya Minami:
The staff here is rude and will yell at customers when they want to order. If you ask for the menu too many times, you won't get anywhere here. The food is not fresh and the mist soup was cold and salty. View all feedback.
A delightful experience. If you appreciate naked dining, this place is a must-visit. The meal starts with the option of soba or udon noodles served hot or cold. They offer a variety of dishes, from fish to tempura to roasted duck. Additionally, there is a hotpot option for those who want to cook their own meal. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I would definitely dine here again.

I have seen some comments criticizing their soba noodles for not being authentic because they are white, but this is a misconception. Their white soba noodles are a traditional craft made from the endosperm of buckwheat seeds, rather than buckwheat flour. Many famous soba restaurants in Tokyo also serve this type of soba. For the ultimate dining experience, I recommend trying the cold soba with tempura followed by sobayu (hot water used in cooking soba, typically mixed with the dipping sauce and consumed at the end of the meal).
The tempoudon was good. her soba was okay, but a little after the taste. the grilled yellow **** was made good. parking available
This is not soba. It is of a much lower quality than the many stand-up eating soba noodle shops in Japan that cost $2-3. I think it's crazy to sell it for more than $15-16. The quality of service is also the worst I have ever seen in many Japanese restaurants abroad.Don’t go if you want to eat Japanese food, especially Soba.
