Pools nice. Staff is ok. Rooms.. well.. we noticed immediately they have zero overhead lighting. Sorta cave like.. which we werent expecting for $300/night on a freakin weekday. Beds were meh. This aint the Westin, yall. If you have a 3rd wheel situation, or someone who needs to be solo in bed and you can't upgrade to a bigger room.. my advice is to get some extra blankets and have that poor soul cop a squat on the f... This hotel is connected to 14 West which is actually the nice hotel. You can get stuck in an outdated, old room here when you expect to stay at the nicer boutique hotel next door. Should not be called a Holiday Inn as all the signage labels it 14 West Hotel. Also all some of the pictures on both their pages are the same which is misleading
We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel on the main street in Laguna Beach, with only like a 4 min walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!
The staff was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard with all the pretty flowers! And our room was nice and clean.

The pictures are definitely miss leading. Very small rooms. But it is across the street from the beach.
