Had an amazing date night here and Lexie our server was amazing!! I?m eating sugar free/low carb and she and the kitchen crew were so accommodating!! She personally made the red wine/olive oil lemon dressing for my salad and it was soooo good! She ensured that everything was what we needed and I?m so glad we came here. Steak was perfect medium and so tender. Loved everything including the staff and ambience-will defi... View all feedback.
What Madison Doyle doesn't like about Dizz's As Is:
Rosted Duck was boiled under the skin. Empty meat cord and dry. Saurteigbrot ulcered and not cut. Pre dinner Salid consisted of 15 to 16 spinach leaves. The Chinese prons and shrimp dry and overcooked. I'm sorry for Deric the waiter, truley is understaffed. His smile and demeanor from honest to try, please made for the bad meal quality. We didn't make an oral complaint, just enjoyed at dinner. View all feedback.
You can enjoy dining indoors or on the terrace. The restaurant features a full bar and offers a wide variety of food and desserts. The homemade sourdough bread was light and delicious.
The roasted duck was poorly prepared, cooked under the skin and lacking meat; it was dry and chewy. The sourdough bread was stale and not sliced. The pre-dinner salad had only 15 or 16 spinach leaves. The Chinese prawns were overcooked and dry. I felt sorry for Deric, the waiter, as the restaurant seemed truly understaffed. Despite the meal's poor quality, his friendly demeanor and genuine effort made the experience a bit more enjoyable. We chose not to voice our complaints and simply made the best of our dinner.
Fantastic food and a wonderful atmosphere! The raspberry duck was one of the best dishes we've enjoyed in a long time. Our server Kyle went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. It may not look like much from the highway, but it’s definitely worth the stop!
Sweet little restaurant with amazing European comfort food had swordfish, lobster ravioli and honey ginger shrimp that were all incredible. Everyone had another sauce that made every part perfectly complicated! Will definitely return.
Best kept secret in Laguna. This long-standing staple makes you feel at home. First off, they serve you pate with vermouth to cleanse the pallet. Everything we have tried has been great. The duck is the best I?ve had (for a baked preparation) this side of the Mississippi. I can?t recommend it enough. I hope you enjoy this special place as much as I do!
