What User likes about Wendy's:
After I had no luck with my mobile order at BK, I decided to do wendy's. Ging smooth, but my food had onions and pickles that I didn't want. The staff repaired my sandwiches and grabbed me with a free coke (to get the onion taste out of my mouth.... so that they still earn the 5* because they asked it without question. I was informed by the drive-thru worker that they were short-staffed. When I tried to place my order using the app, I was unsure of the process. After a 5-minute wait, they finally started taking drive-thru orders. While I usually enjoy Wendy's, this experience was less than satisfactory and is now my least favorite location.
