One car in the driveway we where the only ones inside. No way this place got this nasty at 10:50 am. Filthy on the inside, not a single table was clean, floors dirty even that condiments was trash. Typical Taco Bell. In this visit, I specifically went for the Nacho Fries. Their fryer went down and said it would be at least 30 minutes before I would be able to get my small order of fries. Being on my lunch break, I couldn't afford to sit around and wait on them (nor would I want to do so). They did, however, add an extra taco to my order for my inconvenience. It's not what I wanted, but at least they made an effort.
Do yourself a favor and go through the drive thru don't go inside. And before you leave check your order twice. They have kiosk order inside and it takes 10 minutes to order when it wouldn't even take 2 minutes for someone to take your order. Either the air is out or they have the heat on in the dining area and it's 95 outside and it's got to be 80 inside. Only giving 2 stars because it's still decent food
Recently visited . Bad experience,wait time had been over 1 hour wait . After we waited then an employer tried to give us what we didn't order that was the second red flag. How you just gone give us anything.we wanted what we paid for. Then to find out after 1 hour later . If y'all don't have it remove it from the menu. Geesh!! Customer service sucks. The women employees had nasty attitude. No cashiers only kiosk to order food. After I requested a refund was told I had to wait some more. So I called police. Never again. Go to the Taco Bell on Franklin. Thank me later!
We ordered a mobile order and when we got our drinks they were completely flat. When we got the food we pulled around to check it and noticed one of the bags was wet on the bottom and ripping, well it was not ripping from liquid it was ripping from meat being at the bottom of the bag from where they just threw all my items in one bag and from where the items were poorly wrapped. There was definitely enough food to be in 2 bags plus half of the food was supposed to be in a box. The only thing that was correct was a order of potatoes and 1 chalupa. Then when asking for my money back they acted like they couldn?t give me a refund because it was a mobile order, finally they contacted their manager and was told to give us the money back out of the safe. We didn?t mind doing it from the app but there was no option for a refund and they guy at the counter didn?t know how to do it either.
