This visit was pretty standard for Taco Bell. I specifically went there for the Nacho Fries, but unfortunately, their fryer was out of order and they informed me it would take at least 30 minutes before I could get my small order of fries. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't afford to wait around (nor did I want to). However, they did add an extra taco to my order as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. While it wasn't what I had originally wanted, I appreciated the effort they made.
The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the order was incorrect. I was informed after placing my order that only fried items were available. Additionally, the staff appeared to be in disarray, as if they had been out partying all night.
I ordered $65 worth of food from the kiosk for a family meal, but when my order was given to me, more than half of the items were missing. I returned to the counter with my receipt, and the employee printed a new receipt and noted the missing items with a pen. When the manager came out, she asked me to bring back the food (which was already half-eaten) so she could check what was missing. At that point, I requested a refund. There was never an apology given. I will never return. This experience was unacceptable, and I wish I could give it zero stars.
We ordered a mobile order and when we got our drinks they were completely flat. When we got the food we pulled around to check it and noticed one of the bags was wet on the bottom and ripping, well it was not ripping from liquid it was ripping from meatbeing at the bottom of the bag from where they just threw all my items in one bag and from where the items were poorly wrapped.There was definitely enough food to be in 2 bags plus half of the food was supposed to be in a box. The only thing that wascorrect was a order of potatoes and 1 chalupa. Then when asking for my money back they acted like they couldn?t give me a refundbecause it was a mobile order, finally they contacted their manager and was told to give us the money back out of the safe. Wedidn?t mind doing it from the app but there was no option for a refund and they guy at the counter didn?t know how to do iteither.
This is not my first time ordering from this location, it is definitely the worst I 've had so far. There was only about 3 cars on the drive-threw and 2 cars parked, when I entered to get my pickup order no one was in the front. Barely even anycommunication in the back feom what i could see and hear. I stood by the pickup window for almost 10 minutes just being ignored,couldn 't even get anyones attention. Then they stated infront of customers, that if we didnt like how busy they were that wecould just leave. One of the drinks and side orders was wrong. Had gotten the cherry bliss freeze and they just handed me a cupand ignored me again, side order of cheesy fiesta potatoes with some things added on top, and they werent there. By the time ihad gotten my food and drinks, they had locked the doors to prevent customers from coming in. There were only 2 cars in thedrive-threw when i left and i had to help another customer come in for what i believe was another pickup order. Wasnt even thatbusy, and was completely brushed. Very disappointed and i most likely will not be coming back to this location.
