Ray, Darlene's team is incredibly enjoyable! My family has had the pleasure of knowing her for many years. They are very personable, serve delicious food, and ensure everything is made to perfection. Our first time here. Very disorganized no direction or signs on where ordering and pick up is. The staff have zero personality or customer service, my Husband asked where we pick up and the man behind the counter literally yelled, “WE CALL IT OUT WHEN READY, BE PATIENT!” Staff seemed very unhappy. The service here is quick and precise. Even when there’s a long line stretching down the block, the wait time is quite reasonable. It’s always disappointing when they close for the season, but it makes it even more exciting when they reopen the following year.
Excellent service, quick and attentive. The setting is truly picturesque and secluded, making it a perfect spot for a bike trip with my wife. We both absolutely loved it!
It's a fantastic spot for delicious ice cream, and the service is consistently excellent. If you find yourself in LaGrange, Ohio, I highly recommend stopping by for a treat!

My hard scoop had freezer burn on it and I didn’t bother to address it because of the chaotic lines and the unwelcome feeling we had. I threw it out.Maybe you all have a team meeting and discuss the importance of customer service and even a smile! And check your product regularly! We are so turned off by this place. we won’t return.
