Domino's Pizza - Lagrange

The pizza I received was poorly made. It was burnt, not sliced, and had sauce leaking out from under the cheese. I specifically requested light sauce from Domino's because my stomach cannot handle a lot of sauce. Additionally, the pizza did not have the extra cheese I ordered. This experience has led me to decide to never order from this restaurant again, even though we used to order weekly. The quality of this place and its employees is subpar. It felt like I was eating mostly crust, rather than pizza, as there was only about 2 inches of actual pizza per slice. This location consistently messes up our orders, even though we order from them frequently. I usually don't complain when they make mistakes, but this time was too much to overlook. Where were the cheese and toppings? I have given them more than one chance because their pizza is good when the order is correct, but this experience was unacceptable.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino's location. It seems like the quality of service has declined over the years. I believe corporate should step in and make some major changes. The tracker was inaccurate and did not accurately reflect the status of my order. Despite the tracker saying my order was ready, it was actually still in the oven. The customer service representative appeared indifferent to my concerns. I will not be returning to this location. It is clear that they need to make some improvements.

I went to a pizza place where there was only one person working. The pizza was not even in the warming rack. When I went to pay, the worker's children were hanging out in the store and the employee was not even inside. They were out back doing something else. The pizza ended up being cold. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful.

I ordered a well done pizza and got a a very light pizza instead. They over cooked my cheese sauce so much it was a hard mass in the bottom of the pan. I?ve never had a ?dip? you have to scrape off the bottom of a pan with a spoon to put it on the bread itcame with to ?dip? in it. In summary if you want pizza for your family or even in Lagrange save yourself some hassle and go tothe papa John in the same shopping center.
