Man.. to be frank, this brand can make food look very appetizing. I still wonder why they remained 'petit ' located No. 7A Taiye Olowu, Off Victoria Arobieke (Off Admirality Way) Lekki Phase 1. Lagos, Nigeria View all feedback.
Fine food in a really quiet part of Lekki Edit: visited twice and the experience remains great. They do some work on the building so it was just us this evening/night. But the food was excellent as usual. I thought I'd come back with some photos.
Good quiet environment. Only that the starters have taken forever. Meals were nice, fresh and relatively tasty.
On the last day I went to this place, I felt an aura of class and exquisiteness here.
I had previously ordered finger food from Petit Paris so I was confident when choosing it for my birthday dinner. I should have expected what I got from the day before my birthday when I tried to make inquiries and book a table to no avail. I called back on my birthday and the same guy answered the phone and asked me to pls hold. He passed the phone to his supervisor who confirmed my table and asked me to send in what my guests would like to eat so they can prepare. I sent in a few options and they even responded to my message saying ok 1st shocker- I arrive at Petit Paris around 6:40pm and the staff acted clueless.. No table, nothing. I said seeing as they couldn 't simply put tables together, I bet there was going to be stories with my food. They said they were going to quickly prepare my table. I asked how long the food will take to prepare and if they had started working on my order. They responded that it 'll take between 20-30 mins whoever answered the phone didn 't tell them anything. I started laughing to keep from losing my cool and i told them to quickly take my order again to avoid stories. Long story short, some of the food started rolling out just before 9pm. My guests were upset and tired. Some people finished eating and left, some were still waiting for their food. Now I was mad. I asked to speak to a manager. They said she wasn 't around. The last set of food (fried rice) eventually came out after I threatened not to pay for anything and guess what... NO PROTEIN! My guests were sooo hungry they ate the food like that without complaining further. Part of what upset me the most was the fact that each time I asked for an update with the food, the staff would say it was ready but they wouldn 't bring it out. Petit Paris, you need to do so much better with customer service and ensure you have capable hands managing your spot. There were only 9 of us, yet it was such a headache to get basic food. Lest I forget, 2 of us ordered seafood pasta which the menu stated had fish, prawns and calamari. There was calamari but like 2 prawns and absolutely no fish in the meal. I am not pleased with the fact that I paid in full for substandard service and didn 't even get the food I anticipated. On the plus side, the place is good for pictures.
