What COMFORT I doesn't like about One Love Foods:
1) We went there as a group and some of us had to wait for another batch of food to be made. We were just about 15. 2) For some reason, they didn't have fried turkey or chicken and Ofada rice which I would have preferred to buy. 3) The ACs weren't so cool probably because we were many but I feel that place was supposed to contain about 20 customers comfortably, if not more. 3) But I think their staffs were nice enough.
It was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was cozy, the service impeccable, and the food, especially their signature yoghurt was a taste sensation. I 'll definitely be coming back soon!
The ambience is nice. Customer service is okay but not stellar. Food is tasty and just okay. Organization is a little poor. Too much waiting time. Power Supply is okay but not stable. Lighting is okay but not stellar. Security is poor. Most Waiters lack communication skills. I rate them 3 because they're doing well but can be better.
Decent spot by the road. Good is pretty decent and the environment is clean. Accept cash, cards and transfers.

I've stayed around the corner from this restaurant for about a week but I finally decided that I'd go in and try it out today. The most off-putting thing about the place is the lack of lights during the day and night. The way it's dimmed out honestly has a depressive vibe to it and I for one love brightly lit restaurants because I like to look my surroundings and my food. The food itself was just okay but for a fast food restaurant the cost was a bit high. I had pounded yam that was slightly lumpy and the egusi and vegetable soup I ordered was properly warmed through, it was cold and hot in different spots. The staff were friendly and welcoming but I don't like the fact that you're not given a receipt for your purchase, (as a corporate customer I need a purchase receipt to file for reimbursement from the company I work). Other than that it was okay but I don't think I'd go back nor recommend it unless absolutely necessary.
