On a hot Sunday afternoon at the end of October, not much was opened in the beautiful Lagoa. Found these pastelaria, which had recently changed hands. Sitting under a shaded umbrella, I had a very fresh tomato salad, followed by the best crepe I ever tasted. The recipe is a well guarded family secret.
