Baker's Brisket Company - Lago Vista

It's hit or miss. I'm a good lover. I'm always asking for a magerbrise. Sometimes it still has too much fat. other paints it was too dry and too salty not good when they suffer high blood pressure. sometimes it's perfect! try it.

This was the first time in my life that I received a brisket that was still raw and unappetizing. I've tried their brisket before and it was always great, but unfortunately, the last two experiences haven't lived up to my expectations. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I hope they can resolve this issue for the sake of their customers.

Very friendly staff that answered all of my questions. I got the chopped beef sandwich and street corn. Both were very good at a fair price. I loved the sandwhich bun. Being new in the area for work, I asked if they reccomended any of the other food trucks, and the chef was kind enough to explain the background of each of the other food trucks and where their owners came from. I highly reccomend them!

That's the best thing I had in a very long time. it's so delicate that I can't even pick it up without it falling apart.

Wow! The food is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. My son and I had a fantastic time at the food truck park. It was a relaxing and laid-back atmosphere. I highly recommend checking it out!
