The tour with Sebastian was fantastic. He was incredibly empathetic. Thank you We'll be back. Thank you
The quality and taste of the food were unfortunately disappointing. It was simply too expensive for what it was. Two main courses, one dessert, and three drinks cost around €70. One expects brewery-style quality here, meaning good, hearty, traditional German cuisine. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Beer goulash: The meat was tender, but simply dry. The sauce tasted overwhelmingly of tomatoes. The buttered spaetzle were definitely not homemade, but pre-made. That's exactly how they tasted. Schnitzel with fried potatoes: The schnitzel couldn't be any thinner... thin, yes, but not this thin. The entire meal was simply bland. No seasoning whatsoever. Kaiserschmarrn: We only received it after asking for it, following a 30-minute wait. It wasn't even that busy... and it was a bit hard and dry. It had probably been sitting out for a while. This is definitely not how Kaiserschmarrn should be. It was served with very sour kiwi. The applesauce was neutral. In the end, it was a complete disappointment for us. This has nothing to do with the food you'd expect from a brewery. If the quality is good, then of course it can cost accordingly. But that wasn't the case here. The portions weren't particularly large either. Which I was grateful for in this case, as it meant I didn't have to eat any more. I'm really sorry. But the food is the most important thing besides the beer in a brewery. Otherwise, the service and staff were friendly and always visible. That's why I'm giving it two stars.
