Service is terrible. Where the cake shop is, it's not stroller friendly. I'm a mom of 3 and needed to pickup the cake and they said they can't just take it out and hand the cake to me from outside. There's no way for me to take the stroller in, only stairs. I can't leave my kids outside (2 yr 3 months). I called if they can just hand it to me that takes 10 seconds.. 10 seconds. But they said they don't have time. Like, really? Last I'll order from Susie Cakes. Bad service.

Ohhhhhhh boy let me tell you about there carrot cake!!! It was f'n amazing so moist and perfect ! Also had a slice of marble which was delicious, the gin and tonic cupcake didn't do it for me but overall it was a great experience

Best carrot cake in recent memory. Both the kids and adults loved it. Their stuff tastes like how i thought cupcakes tasted when I was a kid, and I mean that in the best possible way.

SusieCakes is pretty well known around the Bay Area and for a good reason. Their cakes are tasty and the portions here are really generous, as a slice of cake is huge.While delicious, my only complaint is that they are a little too heavy on the butter and sugar so you feel extremely full afterwards. I wouldn’t eat a slice every week but still a good treat every once in a while!

I've visited this location and left with nothing the last three times in a row based on their lack of full menu/variety. They should bring back frosted sugar cookies on a regular basis. They say they offer them seasonally, but it seems to be randomly decided (not aligned to all holidays). Inconsistent menus don't make for good businesses.
