My man and I feel that our meal this evening was absolutely terrible. in addition, one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. there is absolutely no excuse for eating away to many other places. to make the thing even worse, we ordered online and they still messed up the order. I paid extra speck on a sandwich and they didn't put anything on it at all. but did it manage to get a hair in it? we never go back there. very disappointed by the lack of hygiene.

Was not in this place in over a year and decided to go a few days...big mistake! I had to repeat my order 5 times because the person was everywhere where she reads it wrong. 5 minutes later go home and my roasted sandwich was not roasted. I called, spoke to a male manager and assured me my name was on the board for the replacement. I am going yesterday and they are fighting with me that I am not on board and refused to replace as I said. I was also advertised more than on her menu. poor management and rude staff!

What kind of a subway doesn’t accept coupons? ? like don’t send them to my mailbox if you can’t accept them.
