I was overcharged for a meal I did not receive and when they were told they immediately found out the problem, voided my ticket, and offered their number in case I was still charged for the extra food. The food was incredible! Even though there were only two waitstaff, our server ensured we were well taken care of. We enjoyed two rolls, a crab salad, and a beef teriyaki plate, all for just $48, which I found to be quite reasonable. As we left, the entire staff wished us a nice evening, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
To start, I ordered a lemon drop martini (which I forgot to take a picture of!). It was absolutely delicious, tasting just like a liquid lemon meringue pie—sweet, but really enjoyable. I also had miso soup (also not pictured), which was served hot and flavorful. For my main course, I opted for two sushi rolls, both of which were tasty! I found the chicken lo mein to be a bit on the salty side for my taste, although it looked mouthwatering and very appealing. Overall, it was a great experience!
This is one of my favorite restaurants, and it remains my son Jayden's top choice—he won't eat anywhere else but Samurai.
We ordered a variety of sushi rolls, and each one was delicious. The waitress was attentive and ensured that all our orders were correct. We will definitely return. Food: 5/5.
Colleen was absolutely wonderful! She apologized for the wait, but we completely understand how hectic things can get in a busy restaurant. We really appreciate her kindness. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
