There is a live band and dance floor. They played all the Cajun music your heart could stand... the outside of the building looks a little sketchy but that’s the way it supposed to look. The food was great. We got the seafood gumbo , crawfish platter, seafood platter, crawfish bisque, and fried gator. The twice baked potato was not good at all. The service was also great... everyone was very nice... kept our drinks f... View all feedback.
What Stanford Rosenbaum doesn't like about Randol's Restaurant:
The atmosphere was super cute, with a live band and dance floor. The service was mediocre. The food however... maybe it just wasn’t my cup of tea. Everything was brown and mostly unidentifiable. Blah. View all feedback.
Love the music and got snacks and drinksWe love cajun country and the people and always make sure to stop here when we are out in this area.
Stay awayService was OKThis place was probably wonderful 20 years agoOld, run downNot as a decorative theme, actually in shabby condition.
Superbly prepared Cajun favorites! Service with the beautiful, sweet Cajun charm Relaxed but attentive with a mischievous flair.
This is the place for a real Cajun country experience with a live cydeco band (creole music!, an open and fun dance floor and absolutely incredible local cuisine! I had the Crawfish Etoufée and sweet tea and it was incredible. The server was charming and friendly, the dance was family-friendly and funny, and the entire experience was an authentic, warm, magical event! Very recommended and would definitely return to another visit.
I spent 10 days in Southern Louisiana including New Orleans, but that was my favorite restaurant of the whole trip. The Blue Point Crabs were the best Crabs I've ever had, sweet and tasteful and freshly prepared. I tried my wife's Crawfish Etouffee and it was spectacular, it's my second favorite dish of the trip. The children had the Crab cakes, and they rode over the amount of meat vs filling, although I did not try. I went on a Wednesday without music, would have been better on a Fri/Sat with Cajun music.
