This is my second time ordering the beef rib pho. I have had a similar dish from Grayson's and it was delicious. However, this time the beef rib in my pho was inedible. The meat was tough and there was very little of it on the bone. It seemed like it had been cooked a day or so before and reheated. It was a disappointment and I was shocked that they even served it in this condition. View all feedback.
The restaurant always serves fresh, generously sized portions. The customer service is also excellent for diners eating in the restaurant.

I asked for vegetables on the side to see what I liked and it was not fulfilled. I also didnt get extra noodles even though I was charged for it. The food was also cold by the time it got to me which didnt take long and my summer roll was falling apart as I opened the package. Will not be ordering again
