Millside Cafe - Lafayette

Our new favourite place for the weekend breakfast! we ordered both pancakes that were light and fluffy. the fresh pumpkin pancakes (with a perfect balance of seasoned) were particularly delicious! her homemade corkfish was fantastic, and my husband enjoyed the sausages. we love the cozy atmosphere and old timely furnishings. that is the real thing, not the caricature of an orte that tries to be like the millside cafe. only ding, but not enough to fall a star, the coffee was simply recommended in order!

Go visit the new Millside! Food is delicious. Had a great breakfast. Stop in and give it a try. Loaded tator tots were wonderful!

We have always enjoyed eating here. It was warm cozy. Good food. The last 2 times my friends and I went, the owner (short blonde lady) was in an obviously foul mood. Understandable sometimes. She was going on vacation we figured when she came back things would be more pleasant. We stopped by today and she and her daughter were visibly fighting and her daughter was extremely rude to the mother. This is not very professional behavior in front of paying customers. I don't know what's going on and can understand running a restaurant in these times is a challenge but I think customers deserve better. I certainty hope whatever personal problems they have will be resolved so we can enjoy our visit next time.

I've been passing this place so many times and finally decided to stop at breakfast. I love this place officially. eating is soouo good. it has a really cozy family feeling. in any case, this will treat me regularly. Thank you!

Today for the first time. I was very impressed by the look of the caffe. very charming and warming. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the food was exceptional and large quantities. they have to stop seeing themselves.... next time we're in town, we're gonna stick back.
