everything here was really honest. I need to use the app to get both a deal and to redeem a reward. the food came out quickly and was ready to eat for mcdonalds. wrong order. I ordered double fish fillet meal. they gave me an old fish fillet. no ketchup. no serviettes. they asked them to correct the order. they gave me an old double fish. (fish fillet gets hard when old) told them they'd make me a fresh one. they order 10 plus minutes View all feedback.
The staff was friendly, but the service was slow. Patience is key when dining here.
About the Worse meal I've ever had, didn't get all my order before checkin, that was my bad
I only come here once and during and every time I decide to give this place another chance, I regret it immediately. I usually wait about 20-25 minutes on average. And waiting is usually longer than for mobile orders.
The children enjoy it, but I suggest taking care of your health and making better choices for your body.
From a family of 6 especially a wife and mom whom had a large order; I have to say I appreciated this location so much for the awesome experience. The customer service was excellent and the food was fresh and hot. We visited again that same evening 5/12/2020 and same exact experience at Louisiana Avenue. Thank you for during a pandemic the managers and entire staff gave us the best experience!
