The... read more On August 18th, 2023, I visited the drive-thru at Kentucky Fried Chicken and ordered the $20 full box meal. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The chicken was dry and hard, clearly leftover from earlier in the day. I work too hard for my money to be served food that isn't fresh and hot.

It's really disappointing that an employee thought it was acceptable to package it up and send it through the drive-thru, especially since we spent $40 on it. When we finally got home, after a long 23-mile drive and an exhausting 11-hour workday, we opened our meal to find shriveled, hard, and petrified chicken tenders that we used to love. I was almost in tears. I tried calling throughout the night, but no one answered, and the voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I don't want to wish anyone to lose their job, but I believe that the entire team—from management to the cooks and order fillers—should be let go. That meal felt like a theft to me; they took my money by selling me something subpar.
