This is truly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The staff openly complained about my order. If you're looking for a place to have a confrontation, this is definitely it!
My 20$ fill up dinner was just what I needed to remember why I dont like KFC. Chewy over-cooked breading was extremely unappetizing and tasted like burned oil. My order was correct, timely, and the sides were tasty as expected since they require minimal prep, but the chicken left much to be desired in both quality and taste.
I visited the restaurant tonight and encountered a situation that’s hard to overlook. There was only one employee working, and she seemed on the verge of tears from being overwhelmed. The drive-thru line had ten cars waiting, and there was no manager present—no one else at all to help her. I've never witnessed anything like this before. This employee definitely deserves a raise, and the place needs a serious management overhaul. Attempting to reach management by phone won’t work either; the poor worker mentioned she had been trying to contact them but wasn’t getting any response. It’s just unbelievable.
This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had! The manager really needs to be replaced. She was disrespectful and unprofessional. It felt like the most chaotic experience I've encountered. Something needs to change with management!
The food had clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for what felt like three days. It's really disappointing that an employee thought it was acceptable to package it up and send it through the drive-thru, especially since we spent $40 on it. When we finally got home, after a long 23-mile drive and an exhausting 11-hour workday, we opened our meal to find shriveled, hard, and petrified chicken tenders that we used to love. I was almost in tears. I tried calling throughout the night, but no one answered, and the voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I don't want to wish anyone to lose their job, but I believe that the entire team—from management to the cooks and order fillers—should be let go. That meal felt like a theft to me; they took my money by selling me something subpar.
