Chewy over-cooked breading was extremely unappetizing and tasted like burned oil. My order was correct, timely, and the sides were tasty as expected since they require minimal prep, but the chicken left much to be desired in both quality and taste.

There was only one employee working, and she seemed on the verge of tears from being overwhelmed. The drive-thru line had ten cars waiting, and there was no manager present—no one else at all to help her. I've never witnessed anything like this before. This employee definitely deserves a raise, and the place needs a serious management overhaul. Attempting to reach management by phone won’t work either; the poor worker mentioned she had been trying to contact them but wasn’t getting any response. It’s just unbelievable.

The cashier was seated in the dining area on... read more We visited on our way to New Orleans and were disappointed to see that the dining area had dirty tables and floors. The cashier was seated in the dining area on the phone instead of assisting with the cleaning. The fountain drinks had a terrible taste, and the mashed potatoes appeared watery. The staff didn’t seem welcoming or invested in providing a good experience. This will certainly be our first and last visit to this place.
