Hideaway On Lee - Feedback

What Grace B doesn't like about Hideaway On Lee:
I had probably one of the worst experiences, I don’t know if they are understaffed or it just was a bad night for them. But the bartender was slow at making drinks and we sat at a table for twenty minutes without being greeted. I asked three times for a server in that time period and no one came. The food is always good, but it's the kind of place that nickle and dimes you. In the past it was charging for extra ketchup when they only give you a little bit. Now they they charge per drink refill of tea and soda. They also have small serving sizes. Not inappropriately small, but when you're used to decent portions or sharing it's a let down.
