I recently had the best meal of my life at this restaurant! The price was justified, and the waitstaff was kind and attentive. I even chose to celebrate my birthday there, and it was an incredible experience. View all feedback.
What Larry Martin doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
We have previously dined at this restaurant due to the consistently delicious food. The ambiance is laid-back and the host at the entrance was welcoming. However, our server was lacking in attentiveness. Despite the limited tables, she seemed to overlook ours and only came to check on us occasionally. It took quite a while for us to receive our bill after we had finished eating. We may consider returning to this rest... View all feedback.
We were disappointed to find out that they no longer include caramel with the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, despite giving them an 18% tip for takeout. We had to go back inside and ask for caramel, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the prices have increased post-pandemic. Our dining experience was average, with good service and standard Chili's food.
My worst restaurant experience ever. Once we were seated, a friendly server brought our drinks. However, a large group seated nearby caused the server to forget about us. As the group got their food, our order had not even been taken. After finally getting the server's attention, we placed our order and then waited...and waited... Eventually, we had to get the server's attention again and he seemed surprised that we still had not received any food. After an incredibly long wait, we finally got our dinners. My cilantro lime carne asada came without pico de gallo, rice, or beans. I never received my appetizer and had to ask for silverware and drink refills. Napkins were never brought to our table. It was evident that the restaurant was short-staffed, turning what should have been a pleasant dinner with my adult grandson into a miserable 2+ hour experience.

We may consider returning to this restaurant in the future, but if we are seated in the same section with the same server, we will probably choose to go elsewhere.
Whenever I visit Chili's or use their Curbside-To-Go service, I always enjoy their good ambiance and delicious food. This particular visit was at 8:00 PM.
I ordered the lunch shrimp fajitas, as I am a fajita lover and always try them wherever I go. The food came out sizzling hot, but the flour tortillas were a bit disappointing as they were stuck together and one was shredded. The meal included Pico, salsa, sour cream, and cheese, as well as rice, peppers, and onions for $9.95. Overall, it was a decent meal, but could have used more tortillas. Jarrod was attentive and took care of my needs throughout the meal. However, I must mention that the bathrooms were disappointing as well. They were dirty, with stainless steel partitions covered in water trails, fingerprints, and an unpleasant smell of sewer gas. I had to cover my face with my shirt to bear being inside. Despite this, everything else about Chili's was great and deserving of 5 stars.
