Chick-fil-a - Lafayette

At 1 PM on March 4, 2022, I visited Botschafter der Lafayette and ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches. Unfortunately, the chicken was cold, and the bun seemed like it had just come straight out of the refrigerator! I've never encountered this issue when ordering from the Baton Rouge location on Segan.

I went there last night and ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, both were not made the way I requested. I specifically asked for them to be sharp and tasty, and requested to add lettuce and tomatoes. Instead, I received two seasoned sandwiches without any salad or tomatoes. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Terrible experience! The chicken didn't taste real; it seemed like some sort of hybrid or something. Just awful! It was cold and disgusting. I recommend going to the drive-thru instead.

EDIT: Beware this location should ABSOLUTELY stay open along with the new Kaliste Saloom location being built.Always been a favorite of mine. Staff is very professional and I never have a bad experience here. I live close to it so we have frequented for years. It would be nice to see the location traffic logistics overhauled as there is the tendency for traffic to back up into the road. Everyone wants some chicken! But I do believe that the parking lot could be reconfigured and I wonder why, after so many years of traffic issues here, they do not tend to this glaring detail. Please rethink the parking and drive thru logistics. Great food and staff though!

Delicious almost food. good salads too. I like to go once a month. a nice tasty bite!
