Bonehead's Texas Bbq - Lafayette

Big grill. I've been here about 5 times and I've never been close to dissapointed. The owner is personal and the BBQ is... as I said great. Brisket is the best in the bay area, hands down.

LOVE the homemade BBQ sauce, from-scratch baked beans, collards, and the juicy meats it's nice that they have red wine options (personal preference) though they do have good beer on tap too!

The brisket was juicy and tender, the live music was fantastic, the staff was polite and welcoming. And let's not forget about the delicious collard greens! Definitely planning on returning!

Not only is owner Dave Roberson a genuine man, his food in genuinely top quality REAL Texas-style BBQ. The brisket is so tender and lean–and that BBQ sauce is killer! The food was amazing!!!! Real authentic Texas BBQ. Loved it so much that we went there the next day before heading back home. As amazing as the food was, the hospitality was second to none. Dave the owner and his daughter Kate were some of the greatest people we have meet. They made us feel like part of the family. Will defiantly drive 6 hours to head on over to Bonehead BBQ with more family and friends. If you are ever in Lafayette please make sure to stop for some amazing BBQ.
