The restaurant offers stunning views of the river, both indoors and outdoors. While there is a good variety of options on the menu, the portion sizes may be smaller than expected, especially for higher-priced items.
Food was very good. Shoestring onions were amazing. Food service was a little lacking but not enough to lose a star. They also had a great selection of canned craft beer.
This place is perfect and amazing...perfectly amazing. Sitting outside, dining by the river was one of the most peaceful and beautiful things I have ever experienced. The food was delicious! If you're in West Lafayette... go here, you won't regret it.
My overall experience here was okay. The food was pretty okay. Nothing specific to mention, it was unsurprising. My main complaint was that the space was really crowded and inside was extremely loud. I had to basically yell to hear my bf sittingacross from me. Also, smaller thing, the location where we were sitting made me uneasy. The floor itself was older and everytime anyone walked past our table, the whole floor would shake and give me triggers on my vertigo. Also, very unpleasing. Thisplace was an hour away from home, so needless to say, will not be revisiting.
Nice view of river from indoor and also outdoor. For a fine-dine, has decent amount of options to choose from. However, quantity of food can be less than your expectation if you choose a high priced item.
Nestled by the scenic banks of the Wabash River, McGraw's Steakhouse offers a memorable dining experience with excellent service and a relaxed ambiance. Guests rave about the beautiful views, both indoors and on the deck, making it an ideal spot for special occasions. While some diners felt the ribeye and lamb chops fell short in quality, the shrimp cocktail and tiramisu received high praise. The cocktails are noted for their creative twists, and the overall value appears competitive with renowned steakhouses in Chicago. McGraw's is quickly becoming the top choice for those in the Lafayette area.

The meat and seafood are excellent, but the vegetable portions are quite small. It can get very noisy when the restaurant is busy.
My wife and I took our son to McGraw's to celebrate his birthday. We both ordered the 8-ounce filet, requesting them to be cooked medium well. However, my wife's steak arrived mostly red, resembling medium rare, while mine was cooked well done. Given that McGraw's prices are roughly double those of other steakhouses in the Lafayette area for a good filet, I anticipated a quality that would be comparable to what I'd expect at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. While it was not a terrible experience, it certainly did not meet my expectations for a special occasion.
The Midwest is a terrifying place, not to be braved lightly. You will need companions to survive. McGraw's is the only one you really ever need, though.
I took my boyfriend here for a date night and it was our first time but we will definitely be back. The service was absolutely amazing!! They had staff going around to check on drinks and other things we might need in between waiters. Highly recommend. They fill up quick so definitely make a reservation!
Amazing establishment! Excellent steak! Incredible view! Very mellow atmosphere. I had a great dinner there on a Thursday evening.

The restaurant offers a fantastic view and delicious food. We started with stuffed mushrooms and onion soup, both of which were amazing and highly recommended. For the main course, we ordered the filet and ribeye. While both were slightly under-seasoned, their juiciness and tenderness more than made up for it. The sides and potatoes were satisfactory but not particularly noteworthy. The highlight came with dessert: the tiramisu was perfection. Even after such a filling dinner, I couldn't resist finishing the entire serving and still wanted more. It was a pricey meal, but definitely worth it. I will definitely return!
This is a lovely restaurant for a romantic date night. The food is good, but not exceptional. I wouldn't recommend the steaks, as I’ve never received them at the correct temperature. The view of the river is beautiful, especially when it's snowing outside.
Fantastic Choice in the Lafayette Area! If you're dining during the day, be sure to grab a table with a view of the river—it's a must. The food and service are both great, and while reservations are made via voicemail, I've always received a prompt callback. The salads could use a bit of improvement, but the steaks, fish, and desserts are outstanding. Overall, a top-notch option for anyone in the Lafayette area!
A Nite to Remember...... Presentation, Orientation, Relaxation, Sophistication, Personalization, Organization, Classification (of it's own! , Socialization, Exhilaration, Captivation....and last but not least..Crownification!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highest of Recommendations!!!!

This is my favorite steakhouse. I absolutely adore the view of the river. The filet mignon is exceptional. The ambiance is romantic, making it an ideal spot for a date night or a special occasion.
One of the best steak and tearooms in the area, this restaurant consistently impresses. The cocktail bar service is excellent, and the wine list is top-notch. Additionally, there’s a separate dining room that can accommodate larger groups...
