On the menu is a liat of fancy ‘signature cocktails’ that are ‘modern’, convoluted and overly sweet variations of classics. But if you try to order a cocktail not on their signature cocktail list, like say a Mai Tai and the server says what? can the bartender make a mai tai? im not sure. can you ask the bartender? she looks in direction of bar and stands there. and continues to stand there finally i just order a ‘sig...
