Tim Hortons - Ladysmith

Tim's is consistently excellent. The service is quick and generally friendly. The prices are unbeatable, especially given the variety and portion sizes of the food. As for the atmosphere? It's a typical fast food restaurant.

Don’t bother coming here on the weekend. Full time staff is halfway decent, but the part time staff will consistently have you trapped in the drive thru for fifteen minutes while they twiddle their thumbs inside.

Never stocked, staff was rude (except Delilah she was delightful) and location is generally dirty.

Great staff but if you look around the restaurant needs a good clean. It's just not been cleaned properly for ages and it shows. Only the handicapped washroom was available which was filthy. I assume the other washrooms were closed because they didn't want to clean them. Such a shame, this used to be a good Timmies.

A Tim Hortons is exactly what you expect. I have to admit, their sandwiches are surprisingly delicious. The hot chocolate is also quite good. However, I would recommend avoiding the coffee they sell.
