For Canadian western style Chinese food it was pretty good through this standard. However, skip when you are looking for authentic Chinese cuisine. When I went here, I knew what to expect and it was good for Chinese dishes in western style. I'm looking forward to the buffet, but not sure if they don't offer it anymore. My wife ordered the thickton noodle soup for $16,95 and I ordered a combination plate for $18,95. My mother in law ordered black beans fried noodles for $18.95. My wife enjoyed her tiny noodle soup and said it was a nice surprise. My mother-in-law didn't like her black beans fried noodles because she was excessively salty. Fortunately, they were very nice to take it back and not change us. As for my combined record it was good and I ended everything. The service was excellent and our server was very helpful in solving the problem with my mother in legal order. I don't blame the restaurant as a black bean sauce is already salty, so not sure what my mother expected from her plate in the law. Luckily they were nice.
Very tasty, love the Beijing Ginger Beef Service: Take Meal Type: Dinner

While the food is relatively good; unfortunately that is about it. Here are my issues with it: 1) the portions are tiny 2) they lack ingredients our soup was $20 for water a tad of tofu and canned mushrooms. 3) the fried rice was nearly $15 for a small portion with minimal protein or veggies. I can literally count how many pieces of chicken and peas there were in the entire thing. 4) the price at the local competitor it’s 8.95 for a thing of soup; it’s nearly double here and as I mentioned the portions are tiny. While the food may be somewhat tasty the portions and the price are absolutely insane I will be staying away for this place for the reasons above. If their competitors can offer the same meals for six dollars less I just don’t see how they can justify the rising cost, because if it were simply inflation everywhere would be exorbitant and it’s not.
