Little Caesars Pizza - Ladson

Worst customer service I have ever received for small Caesar.. simply trashy staff for the two women at the front.. straight up rude for no reason and lazy at about 8pm on August 3rd.

The pizza remains one of our favorites, but unfortunately, the service at several locations has really declined. I've never encountered so many employees who seem indifferent to their work. During our most recent visit, we walked in and had to initiate the conversation, asking for assistance, while the employee just stood there looking completely lost. We ordered online but still had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the promised completion time. As owners of a sedan company with busy and unconventional hours, we don’t have a consistent dining routine, so we often rely on Little Caesars a few times a week. However, after our recent experiences, we might have to consider switching to another provider.

I'm all for training new employees, but throwing them out to fend for themselves without any support is not the way to go! I placed my order at 10:55 AM and was told it would take 10-15 minutes, which I thought was fine. However, when I arrived, my food still wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes—my entire lunch break—because no one from the back came out to assist the new employee!

Got there before closing tonight and they refused to cook what we wanted. They would only give us what was already made. Calling the manager tomorrow! 3/18/22 Got the extra most bestest pepperoni stuffed crust. Was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. No problem. 10 mins later they called me over to pick up my order. Got home and my pizza looks over cooked. Brown. And hard to chew. Including the stuffed crust part.

I forgot what I ordered, but I know it was listed on the hot ready menu board on the thru drive, but not told on Hot Ready. So we had to wait about 15 minutes.
