The wait times are unreasonable and many customers do not have the time to wait.

I did not receive the dark meat for all 8 pieces in the meal, the dirty ri... read more I was satisfied with the food quality, but there were some discrepancies in my order. I did not receive the dark meat for all 8 pieces in the meal, the dirty rice was missing, and I only received 4 cookies instead of the 8 that were supposed to come with the meal. Everything was packaged in a single large box, so I did not notice the missing items until I got home. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and felt that better communication or signage could have prevented some of these issues.

And they try to save a dollar by not offering you sauce and going you don't ask for any it seems this includes ketchup. They were out of no sauce. My fries were burned and they messed up the order. I tried to verify my own order at the drive thru menu and ask for my total but the perfusion never responded after me asking twice so I pulled around to the window and sure enough, my order was not correct.
