We go there regularly because a few kilometers of beautiful and in the middle of the vineyards of Aloxe-Corton, the dream.In a romantic and warm atmosphere, we enjoy relaxing and eating. Fine dishes of quality: fish, frog thighs, snails...A wine map, with cranberries and classified wines, at defiant prices all competitions for a restaurant. normal, the housemaster has his own wine house and his vineyards surround us.... What User doesn't like about La Carte du Sommelier:
we were well received and took the menu Burgundy at 28€. the shrimp terrine had no taste (insipid frozen) despite the green asparagus (almost too cooked to my taste). the grapes caille disappointed me with grapes too sweet (no sauce to pick up), the calfskin was more like a calf without bones, was too cooked, so hard. We took our dinner in this restaurant and we were satisfied. the map is consistent by offering products from the region, the dishes are good and the service very pleasant. only small flat, a slight lack of seasoning of dishes and the price of wine with glass a little high to my taste.
Beautiful place in Burgundy in the vineyards, very good reception, dinner at the very good restaurant and very rich breakfast, spacious room.
Small card, home cooking, friendly staff .the small plus, possibility to visit the wine cellar and purchase of wines from the field possible at correct prices !
We had a room in the hotel and so enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and it is really without regret any Chichians but a very good Burgundian cuisine we can regret, just like the size of the rooms, the sharpness of the restaurant room. the tables are a little close and we feel like we're taking part in the conversations of the neighbors but and really to give a little negative career mark is perfect.
I had a Parisian friend this weekend. I wanted to make him discover the coast of the wines and a small restaurant in the area. She loved the setting, the dishes and the sympathy of the staff. I recognize that we ate very well and I also liked the decoration, the frame, the calm of the place.
