However, even the “non-spicy” items are quite spicy and the employees sometimes mess up online orders. Overall though, it’s a great concept and definitely worth trying:

However, when ordering online, the Ladera Ranch store does not accept special instructions for their build your own bowl. (Hmm, Build Your Own seems like the wrong name if you won 't take special instructions even though the website has a Special Instruction field. As a result, 2/3 's of my $13+ bowl was noodles (not Healthy but you have to be Wealthy to afford it . I ended up throwing away over half of my bowl so now I can 't order online anymore.
