It had great atmosphere and customers but the sad part is is

Crowded yet only had ONE waitress who was also the bartender. Had a thirty minute lunch break.. sat there for thirty minutes before even being approached. Ordered and asked specifically for no onions and no peppers. She wrote nothing down. Forgot to add my sour cream, then served me a burrito FULL of onions and peppers. I took two bites. For a $20+ dollar plate. Inexcusable. I tipped someone $0 for the first time in my life. Not proud of it but I 'm so pissed still. I wanted to ask for my money for the meal back but wasn 't gonna go that far. And waiting another hour to get more made wasn 't even an option. Spent an extra thirty minutes than my break allowed just to go back to work HUNGRY.

My wife and I came here last night. We are local to Gilford but haven 't been here since 2016. We waited approximately an hour and 40 mins for a burrito and fajita. During this time we ordered chips and salsa, which we basically poster board paper. The chips were BEYOND stale and disgusting. There was only one older woman working who was exceptionally rude and very unpleasant to deal with. After serving 7+ years in the Marine Corps I 'm used to people being abrupt but not like this. My wife 's dish initially came out about 10 mins before mine and the waitress was pushing the dish into my elbow and moving my arm back without saying excuse me or anything. My food came out afterwards and was just awful. I believe it was the owner, an older gentleman came out from the back and said I 'm upset while looking around the restaurant. Awful experience, awfully dirty restaurant and awful staff. Do not eat here, what a horrible night.

My family and I dined in today and it was absolutely awful. Our food came out over baked and burnt and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. The place wasn’t that busy, but it was very chaotic. The salsa is canned salsa and so is the cheese. Just really not a good experience.

I should have read the 1 star reviews before I ate here. Canned nacho cheese, canned salsa, half sized quesadillas, weak drinks, nasty atmosphere, nasty ceiling tiles, cook blasting hardcore rap music you could clearly hear in the dining area. You would be better off eating food from a seven eleven gas station.
