The location is not very elegant or prestigious, but I ate well. Excellent land appetizer with ham and bacon, pasta roll and ricotta with sauce. Pasta with mushrooms and cream, meat and dessert. Very friendly and helpful. A good restaurant, but real food. View all feedback.
What Romanbiker doesn't like about Sardegna:
Did not try the hotel. We stopped for lunch and....were dissapointed. The service was slow and not caring and the food was mediocre, which is hard to have in sunch a wonderful place as Sardegna. The menu is ok, we tried a house specialty (pasta roll) and was close to tasteless. The lamb was overcooked and reheated... Too bad. View all feedback.
Typical Sardinian menu which was perfect for us. Our group enjoyed several local pasta dishes, lamb, great French fries and good local red wine.
Very friendly people and excellent pasta – worth the walk from the menhirs museum. The restaurant was a little bit soulless but the people were really nice, the food good and we had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch.
I was part of 2 American couples touring Sardenga for 1st time. Visited Laconi on a whim found Albergo Ristorante Sardegna by chance. The owner was so warm welcoming that we immediately felt at home. She suggested menu choices for us expertly prepared them. Setting was beautiful, food excellent. Particularly liked traditional dessert of honey topped, fried ravioli stuffed with Pecorina cheese. Was a memorable meal for food quality, setting, and hospitality.
Take the time to visit this wonderful place where everyone has a smile and life is at a much slower pace than any where else in Italy.
