Bread is an odd moist chewy texture, but flavour is great.
It's family run and I believe almost all the family has Celiac disease. Everything is gluten free and they have a good amount of daily free as well. Very good food and glad I found this place after finding out that I'm Celiac.
I love every thing about it and the breads r great for freezing then thawing them back out and I also had my birthday cake made there and it's amazing. The lady that owns the place has 6 or 7 children and most are celiac so she knows the best
The products were delicious, a little on the pricier side, but the prices rise for everything.
Absolutely amazing place, but to try something I don't like.
