Taco Time - Lacombe

The restaurant was clean and the food was alright, but it lacked traditional Mexican flavor. The chicken quesadilla did not have any distinct Mexican spices like cilantro, chili powder, or cumin, but it did come with pico de gallo. The tacos were filled with meat, American cheddar cheese, and iceberg lettuce, with a choice of hard corn shells or soft flour shells. They would be better with Mexican-style crumbly cheese, raw onions, chilis, and cilantro. They offered three types of salsa, none of which were very spicy, but the medium salsa tasted similar to the hot salsa. Overall, the food was okay, but not as good or as authentic as Taco Bell.
