What User doesn't like about Pho Rice:
Order spring rolls, fried rice and vermicelli noodles with chicken and I got clear rice with 3 frozen carrots in my rice 4, which together have a full cup of rice total, 4 dried spring rolls and the Vermicelli noodles with a kind of dried meat on the top with a salad on the side.
